Pool Openings $300

• Cover removed, laid out and pressure washed.

• Homeowner folds and stores for summer.

• Deck where cover laid is also pressure washed.

• Plugs removed and equipment pad powered up.

• Water is shock treated.

• Equipment is checked for leaks or failure to power.

  Pool Closings $350

• Pool drained below skimmer.

• All lines, including drain, blown out and plugged.

• Winterizing chemicals added to pool water.

• Equipment pad drained, plugs removed and powered off for winter.

• Winter cover installed.

• Extra: $100 Auto Cover Tune Up.

• Check cables/ropes for proper leading edge closure.

• Grease the grease ports in vault.

• Clean up and vacuum out the vault.

  Vinyl Liner Replacement

• Pool is drained prior to our arrival.

• Filled by hose, hydrant (if viable), or water truck.

• (2) bags of pre mix come included for resurfacing the pools bottom. $300/bag if more is needed for a smooth finish.

• All gaskets and faceplates are replaced.

  Equipment Replacement

• Faulty equipment diagnosed and repaired or replaced.

• Includes any equipment involved in the pool including lights, deep end ladders, hand rails, heaters, pumps, filters, etc.

  Auto Cover Service Rope / Cable Adjustment

• This is needed if the leading edge of the cover is closing at an angle.

• Parts Replacement Cover Stiching Cover Replacement Fabric typically lasts 4-7 years.

• Once it's reached a certain point the fabric dries out and needs replacing before it fails outright.

• Service $90 service charge.

• $75 per man on the job per hour.

• Mileage charge based on location from Grand Rapids.
